BD Ripper (3D Plus) ripping from folder instead of disc

I have a previous DvdFab decrypt backup folder that I would like to RIP.
When set up up as shown in the image. It runs for hours and never progresses.
No errors just keeps running. After 20 mins it will produce a 20k file in the destination directory




Win7 64, i5, 8g Ram, GTX460
