BD Ripper (3D Plus) 8.1.3.2QT BD rips stutter during streaming playback with PS3Mediaserver

I tried ripping two movies: Winnie the Pooh and Fast Five with the new version of DVDFab (8.1.3.2qt) to mp4 using the ps3.mp4.hd profile. Both movies ripped; however, during streaming playback they both stutter. Tried ripping again with 8.0.8.5 using the same settings and they stream fine.

Also, the 'Set as Default' function in the Conversion Setting does not seem to be working. Even after pressing this, when I edit the profile again the old settings return.

PS3 Video 'Stutter' (BD Rips)

An ongoing problem that has been commented on before. I understood that the Fab team had this on their list of 'things to do' but it is still a problem on any version after 8085 --- DVD rips are no problem but the BD rips are still suffering from this glitch.
