BD Ripper (3D Plus) Ati Stream works or not?

hello Support team,
why if I choose Ati Stream the GPU usage is always to 0% ?
frequencies to low settings (energy saver) and no performance speedup..

DXVA is 0% but the frequencies (core/mem) switch to HIGH performance and I see a speedup!

can you check this issue? this happen to me with all my BD..

ATi Stream only works of decoding, not encoding. When I toss a DVD into my DVD-ROM drive and rip it to my HDD as an .avi or .mkv or other file, it fires up the encoder, not the decoder. Thus it will not use your video card.

Hi there,
First, which version about DVDFab do you use? Now ati stream of GPU acceleration is called AMD APP.
Second, AMD app just supports decoding not encoding.
Third, the speed of AMD app acceleration depends on the graphics card and the source you use. It's faster that ripper a source from HD.

I know it just doesn't work for any Radeon HD cards in the 5XXX and up model line. This was from personal experience. I've upgrade to nVidia cards to get the speed and quality I was after.

At least that was my experience. I could only use DVXA or Software options for my ATI Cards.

There are plenty of topics here that state the AMD APP is doing nothing, or has no effect.

ok, but if don't work, WHY dvdfab claim as a "feature" ??

today, new ATI driver and codec, same issue.. why the dev can't take a look (or.. give an answer here?) ...

no news for this AMD APP decoder..
no news for an AMD APP encoder..

fengtao/dev's/admin/mod's/etc.. please give an answer..
why insert a feature in your software if "don't work" ?
