I am trying to backup my blu-ray library and mainly go digital for my media. I was trying to get my Ironman "ultimate edition" blu-ray to backup when it quit and gave me a 504 error in the middle of the process, tried it again, same thing. So, I decided to make a uncompressed iso of just the main movie and convert that. The iso wrote correctly but when I went to convert it to the mkv format I have the same issue. Tried it again...no dice. hopefully I have attached all the correct information that you need to help me. This is the first time in a while I have ran into an error like this.
