I was wondering what are the limits of the Ipod Touch 4g such as maximum bitrate and so on that i can use to achieve maximum quality as size isn't an issue. I need some recommendations on settings for .h264 (mp4). also i want to keep the aspect ratio but get rid of some of the black bars. I also am wondering why is the Frame resolution 852x480, I though standard def resolution was 720x480?

Pleas go to Video Effect Settings page by click "Video Effect Settings" button and then you can resize the resolution.
