Having problems using the WMV file format once conversion has been done. Plays fine with audio and video is in sync. Problems occur when either fast forwarding or rewinding video. See attached screen capture of Toy Story 3 (train scene) which clearly shows screen corruption in Windows Media Player. All GPU codecs are disabled and software is only used. I think I may have pinpointed to the problem related to application file "wvc1dmod.dll" windows media video 9 advanced profile decoder. Windows 7 now uses the Windows presentation foundation layer 
which aggresively disables any other direct show codecs decoders etc. Could this be the problem?
