BD Ripper (3D Plus) Rise of the Planet of the Apes

Paid version of Blu-Ray Ripper will not open Rise of the Planet of the Apes. It is a brand new, clean disk, not scratched, etc. The "Open Blu-Ray Source" screen just stays on there, cycling forever. If I try to cancel it, DVDFab just gets stuck and I have to end it via Task Manager. Probably a new protection scheme causing it since it's brand new. Thought I'd let you know. Thanks guys.

I ripped this Blu-Ray yesterday just fine with the 8.1.3.8 release.

Odd, I wonder if it was just a fluke or if it just didn't like something about my particular blu-ray drive. No matter, I ripped it successfully using a different program for this particular title.
