BD Ripper (3D Plus) BD RIPPER Not WOrking

Eves sinst the last update (8.1.3.8) nothing seams to be working properly. Trying to re-rip some BD discs, the time to complete has doubled. When complete, there is so width or height information. I tried deinstalling and using an earlier version that I know worked...no joy.
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thank you...

The default location is:
