BD Ripper (3D Plus) Rise Of The Apes and sign language Subtitles

Can anybody help.

I have ripped Rise of The Planet Of The Apes with Blu Ray Ripper and it has lost the subtitles when the the Chimp and Urangatang sign language to each other, how do I rip and keep the subtitles for the signing.
