BD Ripper (3D Plus) Movie divided in smaller files, what to do?

My name is Luis and even though I'm a movie and audio nut, I'm a rookie in this forum, so I need expert opinions from those in the know.

My problem with dvdfab is that when ripping bluray movies it does not save it as a whole movie or just in one file but in many seperate smaller ones of about 500 mbs each (3 to 4 minute clips) These are saved in AVCHD Video (.m2ts) format.

What should I do to get it all in 1 file so that I can play the movie back uninterrupted
