I'm using DVDFab 8.1.3.8 and have found that the subpicture option for DVD Ripping is only "direct render to video". Was wondering where the creation of SUB/IDX went and if there is a way to get it back?

Update to 8.1.5.9 and explain what you are doing. That feature won't work on files that won't play them. Example: won't work on mp4 but will on mkv.How to post the internal log

I updated to 8.1.7.8, and I couldn't see the SUB/IXD option. I could see it with iPad before but you're saying it's gone now? So which one should I use?Comment

The iPad does not support IDX/SUB subtitle, please use "direct render to video" option.

For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
