Once again, syncing problems. Using MKV.Remux profile and all enhancements turned off. This one has all 3 out of sync (subtitles, audio, and video). Each version does not improve and in fact seems worse/buggier. I'm starting to regret purchasing these programs. This is a common/popular 12 year old movie (on DVD too) and this product can't rip it. It's not some special edition, rare movie that nobody's heard of, or anything of the sort. Other (free) products do not have trouble with the same movies I have been reporting issues with using DVDFab.
Is there something REAL being done about these issues or am I wasting my time reporting them? It seems as though more focus is being put on adding NEW features when the CORE functions of the programs (ripping) are still not working correctly. This is very disappointing. I'm trying to be patient and continue to hope these get fixed, but I'm sure you can understand that this can get very frustrating when half of the movies I rip exhibit the same problems. Something needs to be fixed with the core engines of the DVD and BR rippers. They seem to get tripped up all too often on movies that should not have any issues.
