BD Ripper (3D Plus) problems ripping bluray to mkv

    Am I the only one?
It has been a while that I have been having this issue.
When i try ripping a bluray to mkv I get an error code 500.012!!! I get the same code even if i try to copy main movie and from there I try ripping to MKV. If I try ripping the same bluray movie to M2TS it runs fine. I have been having this issue with a lot of movies lately.
Please tell me I am not the only one with this issue. I like the MKV format because it retains the chapters and others don't.

    Am I the only one?

lately i have problems with a few movies where i try to rip bluray to MKV and I get an error code 500.012. If I try to copy main movie and then try ripping to mkv i get the same error, however if I try to rip the movie to M2TS i incur no problems. I would like the MKV format as it retains the chapters. Anyone else with the same problems??? How do I go around this problem?

        log

Here's the log. I tried to rip to mkv but failed so I tried m2ts and have issues with audio sync.
