BD Ripper (3D Plus) Audio Sync Issues - m2ts

I have been running into audio sync issues on a few bluray's. Mostly Disney (Toy Story 2, Toy Story 3, Beauty and the Beast), but also a couple ofthers, Avatar and A-Team. The audio starts in sync, and then towards the end of the file, may be 2000-3000 MS out of sync (audio ahead of video if that matters). One thing I've noticed looking at the logs is that I see audio overlaps for xx MS's shows up several times.

I'm using the m2ts passthrough option, folowed by Other software (libav) to convert any HD audio to LPCM, and playback is on a PS3. I'm relatively new to this process. I've noticed this on the last several versions of DVDFab (currently using 8161 QT). Any suggestions how to prevent/fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Please check the playback of the output file. BD ripper to m2ts.passthrough doesn't do any convert in background. It's OK here with Toy Story 3. Please post the feedback. Thanks.

I have verified it on playback on PS3. Playback on PC with player software seems to work, it's just playing back on a PS3 were the problem shows up, and once again it's only for a small number of titles (seems to mostly be 20th Century Fox and Disney movies, and I believe most are seamlessly branched if that makes a difference). I think it's like 6 out of 70 titles I've ripped seem to have a problem. It seems like it is something related to DVDFab because I can use another program and it processes correctly. I'm not sure if I should try another profile, or any other things to try.
