I have always used DVDfab 8.0.5.0, and recently upgraded to 8.1.6.1.
I was surprised to see that subtitles are now suddenly displayed without a black border. I am always selecting subs and when converting to mkv, I have them hardcoded. ( making part of the picture).
To be sure that I did not made a mistake, I reinstalled 8.0.5.0 again and converted the same movie, and then subtitles looked as they should be: clear white with a black border.
The move I tried was "the thing"....and white subtitles without a black border on a white picture is not really pleasant to watch. ( and "the thing" has quite a lot of snow in the movie .
Does any-one know if this will be corrected again?
