BD Ripper (3D Plus) Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Audio and Subtitle problem

Tried to rip Girl with the Dragon Tattoo to mkv. DVDFab shows two audio streams and single English subtitle track. The resulting mkv file has no audio and no subtitles. I have tried this several times, and even with the most updated version (8.1.6.8), I always end up with the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just realized the American remake of the movie just came out this week. I am having trouble ripping my copy of the original Swedish version of the movie. It's very frustrating and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
