DVD Ripper Problem ripping Star Wars the Clone Wars S3

I keep getting an reading/writing error control when dvdfab tries to read the second disk. It doesn't seem like a disk issue i can get dvd shrink to read it up to the protection point, so i'm guessing I'm missing something with dvdfab. Any suggestions?

I got another copy of the disk. Turns out it was an imperfection with the second disk. Fab picked up the new one right away no error.
