DVD Ripper H264 on Xbox 360

I have purchased DVDFab/DVD Ripper and am trying to convert DVD to H264/MP4 using Intel’s QuickSync so I can play them back on Apple/Tablet/Xbox 360 so I don’t want to use the WMV 360 profile. However I’ve tried making generic H264 and the iPad profile and neither will play back on the 360, which I believe should be supported. Can you please suggest the appropriate profile/settings to get an MP4 that will play on all these devices?

When I set my Xbox M/C up a while ago, I remember that it had to connect to XBLive and get a update. After that, just about any popular formated video plays... avi, mpg, mp4, mkv, and divix.
