DVD Ripper DVDFab crashs for some movies

    Hi all,
and here's my second problem I have so far after using DVDFab for one day

I was able to rip several DVD's and BD to AVI successfully, but for two DVD's DVDFab crashes during the rip process.
It looks like that it crashs after pass 1 is done and pass 2 starts.

    The detailed error message is:

Attached are the logs from the Log directory.

As mentioned before this is not a general problem as I've converted about 20 movies without a problem. This crash is just reproduciable with 2 movies so far.

Please let me know if you need any additional information or if you have some ideas how to fix this - Thanks!

Try the problem movies with one pass, I doubt you'll be able to tell the difference. I never use two passes on anything that's asking for trouble.

      Agreed...

Are you also using Cuda by any chance?
If so disable it in Fab settings.
Open Fab click the Click the Green at top right corner of the DVD Fab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, put a check in Disable all GPU codes and make sure they are set to Software, restart Fab and try again.

I've tried one pass for both movies and that worked fine.

I will try disbaling CUDA as well, what will be the impact of disabling CUDA? Performance decrease and/or different quality?

Thanks for your useful tips so far!
