I rip everything to m2ts for my Tversity DLNA server. The key is end point support. I've seen that all end points I've run across so far support m2ts. The question will be audio codecs. Not all endpoints support all audio codecs, which may mean that you'll need to put audio into a common format (i.e. AC3 etc) for unsoported audio tracks or your DLNA server may be able to transcode for you. I don't recommend transcoding for Blu-Rays due to the bitrates involved.
