BD Ripper (3D Plus) Unable to load Fullmetal Panic - 1st Season Disc 3

I have just upgraded from 8.1.7.8 to beta 8.1.8.0, hoping it can load CHRONICLE but failed.

Anyway, back to this problem

I was using 8.1.8.0 to rip Anime - FULL METAL PANICE -1st Season
I have successfully loaded and ripped Disc 1 & 2
But when I try to load Disc 3, I can see the whole list of tiles/angles, audio and subtitles but the Analyze Title 1 Information window never stops ... well, I don't see any flashing light from the drive indication and the analyze window stays in there for over 5 minutes before I try to cancel.

I tried to reboot and reload the disc. Still the Analyze window will keep on analyzing.. when I press cancel, it just freeze and terminate the DVDFab.

Anyone experience similar problems?

I think I should consider changing my login from Zori to Problem child.
