    BD Ripper (3D Plus) Girl With The Dragon Tattoo (UK Region 2)

    Have copied the BD fine to my PC, no issues with that.

    But cannot convert to MKV. Have tried both with GPU and software Encoding. Process gets all the way to 100% and MKv file is there, but never closes it properly. Log shows:

      From the log file, you are selected the two-pass, please set it one-pass and have a try! Which profile you are used?

          2 of my 3 latest BD purchases not working. Mission Impossible 4 bought at same time is fine, and other BD's from my collection are still working fine on this version, just these 2 aren't.

            Hi NSViper
            Please disable Cuda and try again, see my pic for settings.

            Open Fab click the Click the Green √ at top right corner of the DVD Fab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, put a check in Disable all GPU codes and make sure they are set to Software, restart Fab.

              I've tried multiple combinations of settings:

              Software only
              CUDA only
              Software + CUDA

              But will try again and let you know how I get on.

                Ok tried that again.

                Also tried combinations of single and dual pass, both direct from bluray, and also used bluray copy to copy entire disk to local hdd 1st of all.

                Still same error codes on both blurays.

                Sat and watched the preview tab and could see the movie being processed fine through both passes, right up until dvdfab crashed right at the very end.

                  I've reproduced the 504 error at 100% and reported to our dev. Please wait some time to fix it.
                  Although it has error at 100%, I think the coverted file could play well.

                    Nice 1 (or not ) Wilson...

                    Thanks for the update, and hopefully it will resolve my issue with Underworld Awakening as well.

                      Just to let u know, 8.1.8.5 has resolved my issues with these Underworld Awakening (the 504 error), but Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is still crashing with the 509.01 right at the end...
