Since 2005 I've had a lifetime subscription to (DVDFab Platinum) and with the last update ver 8178 I can no longer use the Ripper function for conversion of movies to an I-Touch. I have used it in the past without problems but I am now being locked out. I thought the ripper function was included in the lifetime subscription?
