Actually it's a hint which I got from DVDFab customer service. Since no profile worked for me and Video/Audio was always out of sync they mentioned I should use "mkv.remux" and the usual "Software" in A/V-Codec.
The problem is that you don't have the option to change the data rate etc. For example, encoding one episode from Stargate Kommando (Season 4) with 720x406 you get a file with 1.4Gigs (for a 42 min. episode it's just too big). I treat this solution as "preliminary" and hope there will be a fix for this ongoing issue soon.
