DVD Ripper Frequent errors

Lately I have been getting a lot of errors while attempting to rip some movies/shows for my Ipad. The latest was during Modern Family:

You are getting read errors on your discs. Inspect, clean and polish them for a start.

Along with the advice given from my friend GregiBoy.
You can try the latest version of Fab found here

Also disable Cuda Open Fab click the Click the Green √ at top right corner of the DVD Fab screen, and open Common Settings > General >A/V Codec, put a check in Disable all GPU codes and make sure they are set to Software, restart Fab and try again.

Thanks. I tried both cleaning the disc and changing the A/V codec, but neither of them worked. I am still getting an error while in the rip process. It only happens on disc 3.
