    DVD Ripper questions

I am new to ripping dvd's to my computer. I have been copying to a disc for awhile now. A few quick questions. I cant seem to rip a store bought disc at all, using the same setup as i have been for an already copied disc. I am ripping to a NAS drive. Not sure why its not working, keep getting an error almost right away. Its also taking about 2 to 3 hours to rip an already copied disc which i though seemed a bit long, and using about 4 gig of memory which i seemed like a lot. I have been using the same specs for ripping for both copied discs and store bought discs. (generic.mkv.h264.audiocoy). The source disc also seems to take alot longer to be recognized then when i am just copying it. Any help on these matters would be greatly appreciated, i've gotten addicted to putting these onto my computer, just havent figured it all out yet. thanks.

He is asking you to attach your log file to your reply so they can analyse it to determine what issues you may have. Just click on the paper clip at top of reply window and browse to the default location he has given you
