DVD Ripper Cinderella

Trying to put all my movies into iTunes but won't let me rip Cinderella or Cinderella 3. On latest 8.0.2.5, but did not work with prior firmware either.
Any tips, thanks.

Please post the internal log.The default location is:

Read error occurs in your case. Please check and clean your disc and try again.

Yeah Terry is right. Your disk is borked. Inspect, clean, polish, retry & return to vendor if no luck.

I have done both of these titles with no problems.

They are clean. They play perfectly in the same drive that I tried to ripped them from. I ripped about 20 dvds from our Disney collection so my daughter can view off iTunes and those two Cinderella ones are the only ones giving me errors. I'll try to clean again. Thanks.
