BD Ripper (3D Plus) Problems with Blu-Ray Animation Movies

I'm having problems with Blu-Ray Animation movies from even being analyzed much less ripped. I keep getting error messages saying to see if a new version of DVDFab is available (I'm running the latest version). The two particular movies are Lorax and The Pirates. Any ideas?
