File to Mobile question

Hello,

I have a M4V movie. The source came from a "Digital Copy" of a Warner Brothers Blu-Ray disc. It was downloaded through iTunes. The "Kind" field in iTunes says it is a MPEG-4 protected video file.

Is DVDFab6 File to Mobile the correct conversion option in DVDFab6?
