BD Ripper (3D Plus) King Kong and JFK issues

I have backed up about 250 blu-rays from my collection, and they all worked fine. I have two that won't rip. I'm converting to iPad3 h.264 mp4 format. King Kong gets to about 96% and fails. JFK fails at different points. These are two great movies that I'd like to have in digital format as well as my Blu-Ray. Anyone having these issues, and did you find a fix?

To be clear, I'm ripping to iPad3.h264.multichannel

Are they have DTS-HD master 7.1 or AC3 True-HD 7.1 audio tracks?

JFK had AC3 True-HD, I am now trying it with 5.1

King Kong is only DTS-HD Master 7.1. Trying it now as iPad3.h264.1080p.
