BD Ripper (3D Plus) BD Ripper Stops When Ripping Multiple Audio Tracks Using mkv.remux

This happens on certain discs. I am currently trying to rip Body of Lies to an MKV file, preserving some of the audio tracks. Here are the options I have selected:

When I go to rip, it stops at the 0.16% completion mark every time. I can leave the program running for hours and it will not go beyond that point.

Here is the output from the log:
    Code:
    ------ begin mobile work(1/1) ------

    14m 39.02s: info: create config(5)
    14m 39.02s: info: convert profile(mkv.remux)
    14m 39.02s: info: bluray playlist(100),angle(0),chapter(1->34),3D(0)
    14m 39.02s: info: streams((4113.1)(4352.1)(4353.1)(4357.1)(4608.16))
    14m 41.39s: info: subpicture preset(2), mode(10)
    14m 41.39s: subpicture(4608) mode(10)
    14m 41.40s: info: processing source(00000.m2ts)
    15m 00.41s: filter:509.01
    15m 00.41s: filter:503.13
    15m 00.41s: filter:506.03
    15m 00.42s: fifo:9d0-509.01-0-1,block:364
    15m 00.42s: fifo:9d0-509.01-1-2,block:2
    15m 00.42s: fifo:9d0-509.01-2-2,block:8
    15m 00.42s: fifo:9d0-509.01-3-2,block:0
    15m 00.42s: fifo:9d0-503.13-4-5,block:0
    15m 02.61s: ------ cancel all mobile work -------
However, if I only select one audio track, then the process completes successfully. Any help??

Use BD copy full disc to backup the disc without compression and then do BD ripper to mkv.remux with the backup files.
