BD Ripper (3D Plus) Cabin in the Woods: Error reading BD

I'm trying to backup 'Cabin in the Woods' but DVDFab BD ripper isn't able to read the disc to let me even start. I put in the disc and get an "error reading" dialog, which asks abort, retry, ignore, ignore all.

I've tried moving the drive to different USB connector, wiping off the disc... nothing works.

Help?

Please try to backup the disc into hd then rip it. May it helps.
