DVDfab wont rip after update

I was working on ripping some blu rays using mkv.remux. I do know that the PCM audio will not work in this mode so i just set it to DTS and it would work fine.

for whatever reason lol...i decided to update DVDfab. I went from 8.something something to the newest 8.2.1.5, and now i get an error when trying to rip. I even went back and tried to rip one i had already ripped, same settings and still get this error...



what changed in the newest version?

EDIT: i will add these are owned by me. I know some rentals have funky permissions on them.
