DVD Ripper Software expiration fault

I paid for and have been using for a little while now the version of DVD Ripper for Mac. Ever since I downloaded Video Converter to add to it, I get a message when I start DVDFab saying the ripper software has expired (which it clearly hasn't). How do I fix this? I emailed tech support who said when I login it should right itself, but it hasn't, and I'm unable to figure out what I need to do to get it "registered" again.

Please post your issue in mac DVDFab thread in the new time. It's for Windows Fab here.
You can delete the DVDFab folder in /Users/user/Documents and then launch DVDfab and register it again.
