BD Ripper (3D Plus) the hunger game BD ripped but no subtitle rendered and audio track

Well, as title,

If I choose a short title, the sub-title and audio works great and be ripped. But when choose the longest title (the movie itself), no matter what profile I chose (Android, iPod, iPad), the output file only has video track, no sub-title rendered, no audio track presented (checked with VLC player)
