DVD Ripper Foreign movie rip w/subtitles

Is there a way to get the subtitles to be on when you rip a dvd? As an example I just ripped my REC 3 movie and while everything ripped great, I had no subtitles. This particular film has 2 subtitles to pick from, both are english. I selected both and ripped it. No subtitles at all. Is there a way to have the subtitles on the film rip?

There are three options for subtitles, "extract idx/sub", "remux into file" and "render into video". Idx/sub will be added by player automatically, such as VLC. "Remux into file" need you to select the subtitls. "Render into video" will show the subtitles with the movie playing.
