DVD Ripper DVD won't load when DVDFab is open

The autostart works fine when DVDFab is closed, but if I try to load a new dvd when DVDFab is newly opened or after I have already ripped a dvd, nothing happens. I can see the reading pane pop up for a fraction of a second, but nothing loads. I have to close and restart the program every time.

Also, if I try to open the DVD player using the folder option I get:

Failed to open I:\.
Please check if it's playable.

Please un-install DVDfab, delete DVDfab folder in C:\Users\user name\Documents\ and do a deep clean. Install DVDfab of the latest version and try again.
