BD Ripper (3D Plus) 8.2.2.0 blue ripper failing - PROMETHEUS

I back up my bd disc in two steps. First I rip the full disc removing the bd audio, then covert to an MKV.

I am running DVDFAB 8.2.2.0 when I attempt to convert it to an MKV I get a read error right away and it fails. Error: Work 1 failed, Error = 500.01 0: 17:54:53

I converted this BD to mkv with v.8218Qt...no problem.
I have v.8220Qt downloaded, but not installed as it seems to be generating
more user complaints than usual.

I can rip the full movie to and ISO with no issues, it converting it to an MKV

This happens now with The Amazing Spiderman and Prometheus
