I'm confused on why some of Blu Ray's I own don't want to convert to proper stereo, example Mrs Brown's Boys which is a new TV Series only wants to convert to Mono, is this a bug as you would assume it would be in stereo.

Not a bug. Just different requirement.
You can change it in Conversion Settings->Audio Channel manually before starting conversion. -
Don't seem to get that option in later versions of DVDfab
I have ran v8.085 and it lets you choose the audio you want on PCM/2
Anything higher to the latest reason of v9 won't let you change the audio.

You can choose PCM audio manually. Then goto Conversion Settings page and change channel to mono.Comment

On the dropdown section mono is the only option and when i try using profile avi.xvid.audiocopy it has same as source, but get the work 1 failed, error = 502. 12 7Comment

Do not support PCM audiocopy. It means it should convert PCM audio to AC3 or mp3.Comment
