BD Ripper (3D Plus) "An Unknown Error Occurred" (Blu-Ray disks won't load)

Since updating to 8.2.2.2 no blu-ray disks will load. The Message "An Unknown Error Occured"

I have tried Blu-Ray disks that I know have worked in the past "Lord of the Rings", and "Starsky and Hutch", neither of them load.

I had the same problem today before I updated to 8.2.2.2 and 9.0.1.1 another post said the server is offline temp.
