DVD Ripper Ver 9 - Audio issue

Hello, When I attempt to use DvdRipper to convert to a Mp4 H264 AAC format, Media info shows the audio as "2 Channel, AAC (Main)" & the file won't play on the xbox, but if I convert to the same format using version 8, the audio says "2 Channel, AAC (LC)" & the file does play on the Xbox.

Is there something that needs to be tweeked on version 9 ?
