BD Ripper (3D Plus) Unable to rip anything starting a few days ago

Not sure what happened, but I'm unable to rip any Blu-ray disk. I've gone back and tried ones that previously worked and getting the same error. This occurs with both version 9.0.1.0 and 8.2.2.2.

1. Please check if X drive is writable.

2. Please check if X:/mkv/TXN0LI~U/TRANSFORMERS_3_AC.Title800.mkv is already opened in another program like player.

Figured out the problem and now I feel like an idiot. The device I normally rip had a firmware upgrade. In the process, the media service was upgraded as well and now indexes the files in certain folders differently. Apparently, as soon as a file is written to, the indexing starts reading the file which is causing the conflict with DVDFab. I just pointed my destination to a different location and all is well.
