BD Ripper (3D Plus) Ripping to 7.1

I've been using DVDFab for quite a while and I have been slowly ripping my BD collection to mkv's. Recently, I noticed that movies with 7.1 tracks are only ripping to 5.1. The two movies I have seen this with are Le Mans and Frequency. I did rip Mission Impossible not too long ago and that came out as 7.1.

I am using audio copy and not changing the audio in any way. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why I'm not getting 7.1?

I have also tried this with the new 9.0.1.2 with the remove HD audio box unchecked and I am still only getting 5.1 sound from a 7.1 DTS HD master track.

Am I the only person having this problem?

i did some tests;
If uncheck "Remove HD Audio", the output audio is normal 7.1 channel.

I've tried it with both checked and unchecked "Remove HD Audio" and the result is still the same. I only get 5.1 audio. Are the any options that I may have forgotten about?
