uninstalled everything and started over. 9.0.1.5. Tried ripping a BluRay... errored out. Tried ripping a regular DVD. same thing. I now have a useless software and nothing on my system has changed. I've uninstalled an reinstalled Windows so much that this can no longer be labeled a problem with the computer. I want to know what it will take to make this work and not stop working.
And for the love of all that is sacred, stop making it so my posts have to be approved. I've posted a few times that never showed up. It makes it hard to get timely support when you're still waiting for someone to log in and actually allow your post to show.
I don't see much in your post, other than unable to rip in 9x for BD.
I have been struggling with BD rips with both 8.2.x and 9.x... My process has been to BD FULL cpy selecting remove BD Audio once that is done I rip it to MKV. In my last case of Spiderman 3 (not to be confused with The Amazing Spiderman)... My rip would fail error 500.01.2. I was able to over come this by selecting the audio format AC3 5.1 as opposed to the the PCM DTS which DVDFAB wants to use. Maybe this will help you.
Thanks for the reply. I've now tried to contact support twice. The second time was just 2 days ago, so I don't expect a response from them yet, but the fact that I'm not getting anywhere on here or through the normal support channels is pretty concerning.
I found my problem and maybe yours? I know that you can't use PCM audio so I selected ac3 5.1. I assumed wrongly that the PCM stream would be deselected but not so and the process failed every time. I tried again and double checked the audio stream in the source and sure enough both streams were checked after selecting 5.1. I made sure the PCM stream was unchecked and the process completed successfully.

Going to try this right now. I'll report back my results! Thanks.
On that disc yes. At least that's the way I remember it. I'll double check when I get home and update. If it is, I"ll grab a different disc and try it. I have a massive stack of DVD's and BluRay's I need to get ripped.

I have options
English DTS-HD Master/5.1
French AC3/5.1
Spanish AC3/5.1
Support did finally contact me and told me to run it with all GPU disabled.
