BD Ripper (3D Plus) Cannot rip any Harry Potter Titles to mkv.

I am unable to rip any of the Harry Potters to mkv due to the PCM audio on the movie. I have tried both versions (8 and 9) and all three mkv options (remux, ac3, and audiocopy). I have also tried to select the ac3 track on the menu but it doesn't make any difference.

It displays "Work 1 failed. Error = 500.01 0"

I know there have been numerous people with the PCM audio issue, but most of the solutions look to be selecting the mkv.h264.ac3 option...which isn't working for me either. If here is anything else I can try, please let me know.

I'm not clear on what exactly you are doing, but the PCM audio stream must be deselected from the source. Click on the source title and turn it blue then you can uncheck unwanted audio streams. See attached:
