BD Ripper (3D Plus) 9.0.16 Crashes "analyzing title" -- 3 PCs, 2 BD discs

I installed 9.0.1.6 and tried ripping "Arthur Christmas" and "Elf"

Both discs cause DVDFab to crash on the step "Analyzing title".

I have:
- done this with 2 different discs
- on 3 different PCs (2 are Win7, 1 is Win8)
- turned off the graphics acceleration stuff
- turned off the turbo CPU feature
- rebooted the PCs
- uninstalled/reinstalled DVDFab

I've uploaded about 12 or so crash reports (I try to do it each time it happens) and included my email address and name.

THe drive I was using DID work to rip ARther Christmas one time, but I was dissatisfied with the result because it left subtitles in. (I *think* that was on the previous version of DVDFab 9, though I'm not certain.)

DVDFab_internal.log attached from the 3rd PC.

Any help? Is it likely support will reach out to me via the crash reports I sent?

Can anyone tell me the general support policy? Should I be sending email to support or making a phone call or something? Or do we all just wait for the next release and "hope" the bugs are fixed?
