BD Ripper (3D Plus) Stuck at Processing screen

    Hi,
I'm having an issue with the BluRay ripper version 8.2.2.5. I'm able to load a bluRay disc, select sound, chapters, play preview, etc, however when I click the start button, it goes to the processing screen and nothing happens.

Example: http://i.imgur.com/abUoc.png (Screen shot show version 8.2.2.2...I have upgraded since with the same result)

I've tried with multiple discs, which I have successfully ripped in the past. I have also downloaded the trial of dvdFab 9 and was able to rip the same discs successfully with that.

Any ideas how I can troubleshoot this problem?

    Log output follows:

    dbre2,

From what your pic shows it looks like you not picking a format to rip to!

Have you used the original disc and ran it through DVDFAB Blu-ray copy and made a file on your hdd, then use that file from your hdd and use BD-Ripper to rip it to whatever format that you want, like MKV, MP4 ect.ect.

I hope this can clear things up for you! You can't rip from oringal disc! Most go through DVDFAB Copy first! Then you can rip from BD-Ripper!
