Hello everyone,
I have a problem ripping an interlaced NTSC DVD with DVDFab9. I selected MKV in pass-through mode and ticked the "deinterlace" checkbox in the settings. After saving and closing the 'settings' window I opened it again and saw that the checkbox was not ticked anymore. Is it not possible to deinterlace while using pass-through? If so, why is the checkbox not disabled so it wouldn't be possible to tick it in the first place? Or am I missing something else?
edit: Since I'm rather new to the topic (but trying to catch up), would you even recommend to deinterlace or just rip the interlaced material and use the deinterlace options of the players like vlc and xbmc?
Happy new year and thanks in advance,
MD
