DVD Ripper battleship DVD fails to encode 2 pass

I've been trying to rip Battleship DVD to mkv.default (plus 2 pass)
all other options the default.

I'm failing as soon as second pass starts, both with 8.2.2.6 and with 8.1.05

VOB rip worked fine.

with 8.2.2.6 I get an error as in attached.
bad_battleship is the internal log, it has first the unsuccessful rip, then the successful VOB rip.

Turn off 2 pass and give it a go. 2 pass does not really do much improvement anymore.

single pass worked fine, thanks for the reply. Just wanted to report the bug. :-)
