DVD Ripper Best Xbox compatible profile

Hey everyone,
I have a very large library of movies in ISO format that I want to Rip into MP4 format. What profile yields the highest resolution but is compatible on Xbox and other devices?
Ex: Surface Pro does not play on Xbox.
